The problem we built around.
Before Rhodi existed, the pure water system market had a pattern that bothered us.
The reliable systems cost $2,000 or more. Strip them down to what was actually in the box and you'd find standard components, solid but not extraordinary filtration, and a price tag mostly propped up by branding, bundling, and proprietary refill lock-in.
The affordable alternatives went the other way. Questionable housings, flimsy frames, proprietary fittings that felt like a trap. Gear that wouldn't survive a full season of daily work.
And then there was a third group of window cleaners. The ones who never bought a system at all. Not because they didn't need one, but because the math didn't make sense. Pay $2,000 for something that should cost half that? Gamble on a cheap unit that might fail mid-season? For a lot of pros, the better call was to keep climbing ladders and hope something reasonable eventually came along.
Window cleaners were stuck picking between overpriced, under-built, or skipping the category entirely. None of those deserved to be the only three options.
What we built instead.
Rhodi 0 Flow is what happens when you strip all the markup out of an RO/DI system and focus on the four things that actually matter.
No proprietary cartridges. Rhodi uses standard-size filter housings so you can source refills from any supplier at market rate, not at whatever markup we'd set if we locked you in.
No cosmetic upgrades baked into the price. We spent our budget on components, not on a glossy paint job.
No manufacturer-exclusive repairs. Almost every part on the unit is a standard plumbing or filtration component. If something ever fails outside of warranty, you can fix it without waiting on us.
And we back the core structure of every unit with a lifetime warranty on the housing and frame. Because we built it to last that long.
Who we are.
We're not a big corporation. We're a small team that watched the legacy brands in this industry price equipment like it was a luxury item, saw how many working professionals were getting gouged for the privilege of pure water, and decided somebody had to do it differently.
We're not trying to sell the most units in the space. We're trying to sell the right equipment at a fair price. Those are two different goals, and the second one is the only one we care about.
