Rhodi stands behind the quality of our products. This policy explains your warranty coverage and the support we provide, including eligibility requirements, exclusions, and the claim process.
1) Summary of Coverage
Limited Lifetime Warranty on Housing and Frame
Rhodi provides a limited lifetime warranty on the housing and frame of the Rhodi system for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
Lifetime definition: “Lifetime” means for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty is non transferable and applies only to the original retail purchaser.
12 Month Limited Parts and Workmanship Warranty
Rhodi provides a 12 month limited warranty on factory supplied non consumable components and assembly workmanship, subject to the terms and exclusions below. This includes factory supplied fittings and hoses as described in Section 3.
Lifetime Support
Rhodi provides lifetime support for the original purchaser for as long as they own the product. Lifetime support is not a warranty and does not include free parts, free shipping, or free replacements.
2) Definitions
Original retail purchaser: The person or business that purchased the product new from Rhodi or an authorized seller.
Authorized seller: A reseller approved by Rhodi.
Date of purchase: The date shown on the original sales receipt or invoice.
Normal use and service: Use consistent with intended window cleaning and water fed pole applications, within product specifications, using reasonable care.
Housing and frame: The structural enclosure and structural chassis components that hold and protect the system.
Factory supplied non consumable components: Components installed on or included with the system at purchase that are not intended to be regularly replaced like consumables. These may include fittings, hoses, quick connects, valves, regulators, manifolds, gauges, meters, tubing installed by Rhodi, and similar components, unless Rhodi states otherwise in writing.
Consumables: Filters, membranes, DI resin, and other items expected to be replaced during normal ownership.
3) Warranty Coverage Details
A) Limited Lifetime Warranty on Housing and Frame
Rhodi warrants that the housing and frame will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product as defined above, under normal use and service.
B) 12 Month Limited Warranty on Factory Supplied Non Consumable Components and Workmanship
Rhodi warrants that factory supplied non consumable components and Rhodi’s assembly workmanship will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase under normal use and service.
Leak related clarification
Factory supplied fittings and hoses are included in this 12 month coverage only for defects in materials and workmanship. This coverage does not apply to leaks caused by normal wear and tear, installation errors, improper use, cross threading, over tightening, under tightening, missing, pinched, mis seated, or damaged o rings or washers, misuse of thread tape or sealants, incompatible adapters or user supplied parts, modifications, or other exclusions in Section 5.
Damage is also not covered if it results from yanking, pulling, or dragging on hoses or fittings, or from operating the system outside intended pressure specifications, including pressure spikes, water hammer, or excessive supply or booster pressure.
4) Remedies
If a covered defect is confirmed, Rhodi will, at Rhodi’s option:

Repair the defective component, or
-
Replace the defective component with a new or refurbished component of equal functionality, or
-
Replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent product if repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable.
Rhodi determines the appropriate remedy. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and may differ cosmetically from the original.
5) What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover any of the following.
A) Consumables and wear items
Consumables are not covered, including but not limited to filters, membranes, and DI resin.
B) Normal wear and tear and cosmetic issues
Normal wear and tear is not covered, including cosmetic wear, fading, staining, scratches, scuffs, corrosion and seal or o ring wear from normal use.
C) Freeze damage and temperature related damage
Damage is not covered if it results from freezing, improper winterization, ice expansion, or exposure to extreme temperatures. Freeze cracks are not covered.
D) Corrosion, oxidation, and mineral buildup
Damage or performance issues caused by corrosion, oxidation, rust, mineral buildup, staining, or discoloration are not covered. This includes corrosion caused by salt air, harsh or contaminated source water, chemical exposure, galvanic corrosion from contact with dissimilar metals, improper storage, prolonged moisture exposure, or lack of drying and maintenance.
E) Misuse, mistreatment, abuse, or neglect
Damage is not covered if it results from misuse, mistreatment, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance, improper storage, or use outside intended application.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
-
dragging or lifting the unit by hoses or fittings
-
repeated impacts, drops, crushing, or rough handling
-
operating the product in a way that stresses connections or structure beyond normal use
F) Environmental and chemical damage
Damage is not covered if it results from prolonged UV exposure, chemical exposure, corrosive substances, non compatible fluids, or any use outside product specifications.
G) Installation errors and maintenance related issues
Issues are not covered when caused by:
-
cross threading, over tightening, under tightening
-
missing, pinched, mis seated, or damaged o rings
-
missing or mis seated washers on swivel connections
-
misuse of thread tape or sealants
-
incompatible adapters or user supplied parts
-
failure to follow reasonable maintenance practices
H) Impact and transport damage
Damage is not covered if it results from dropping, crushing, collisions, improper packaging for transport, freight damage, or other external physical impacts.
I) Modifications and unauthorized repair
Damage is not covered if the product is modified, altered, disassembled, or repaired by anyone other than Rhodi or a party authorized by Rhodi in writing.
J) Non Rhodi parts or accessories
Damage is not covered when non Rhodi parts or accessories are used and Rhodi determines they contributed to the issue.
K) Unauthorized or secondhand purchases
This warranty does not apply to products purchased used, secondhand, or from an unauthorized seller. Proof of purchase is required.
L) Identification issues
This warranty does not apply if proof of purchase cannot be provided. Some products may not include a serial number at this time. If a serial number is present on the product, it may be required for claim processing.
6) Lifetime Support Terms
Lifetime support may include:

Troubleshooting and diagnostics guidance

Setup recommendations and best practices
-
Help identifying correct replacement parts and compatible accessories
-
Basic maintenance guidance
Lifetime support does not include:
-
Free replacement parts
-
Free labor, onsite service, or installation work
-
Free shipping
-
Coverage for consumables or normal wear items
-
Coverage for issues caused by misuse, mistreatment, improper care, freeze damage, or modifications
Support availability may vary due to product revisions, parts availability, and operational constraints.
7) How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, email support@rhodipro.com and include:

Proof of purchase showing date and seller

Purchaser name and business name if applicable

Order number, email used at checkout, or other purchase identifier
-
Shipping address and phone number
-
Description of the issue and when it began
-
Clear photos, and when requested, a short video showing the issue

Confirmation that you completed the troubleshooting steps provided by Rhodi support
Rhodi may request return of the suspected defective part for inspection before issuing a replacement. Do not send items without authorization and instructions from Rhodi.
8) Shipping, Labor, and Costs
This warranty covers only the repair or replacement remedy described above.

Labor is not covered.

Shipping is not covered.

Costs related to removal, installation, downtime, lost revenue, travel, or onsite service are not covered.
If Rhodi elects to cover shipping for a specific claim, that is a one time exception and does not create an obligation for future claims.
9) Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhodi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of time, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, or downtime, arising from the use of the product or inability to use the product.
Rhodi’s total liability for any claim related to the product is limited to the amount paid for the product by the original purchaser.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.
10) Implied Warranties and State Law Rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period stated in this policy.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.
11) Policy Updates
Rhodi may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on your date of purchase applies to your purchase.
