General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

Pre Orders

By placing a pre order, you understand that you are reserving a product that will ship at a future date.

  • Your payment method will be charged a deposit at the time of order

  • The remaining balance will be invoiced prior to shipment

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to change

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on unused products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Warranty

Our products come with a 10 year limited warranty on the housing and frame.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Consumable parts

  • Normal wear and tear

In no case shall Rhodi, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

SMS Messaging Terms

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you agree that Rhodi may send you text messages using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology.

Types of Messages

Depending on what you opted in to receive, messages may include:

  • Product updates

  • Waitlist or reservation updates

  • Order status and delivery notifications

  • Customer support messages

  • Marketing messages, including promotions or limited time offers, only if you opted in to marketing

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only
