At Rhodi, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the following return policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused products only, starting from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused
The product must be in original condition
The product must be returned with all original components and packaging
The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Products that show signs of use, installation, water exposure, modification, or damage are not eligible for return.
For pre-order items:
The pre-order deposit is fully refundable at any time prior to shipment.
Once the order has shipped, the deposit becomes non-refundable and standard return eligibility rules apply.
If Rhodi is unable to ship your product within the stated pre-order shipping window, you may request a full refund of your deposit.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
Rhodi is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will be notified of approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Used products
Filters or other consumable items
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear
Custom or modified orders
Final Sale Items
Any items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
