Water Fed Poles - Limited Lifetime Warranty

Built for real work. Backed for life.

Rhodi water fed poles are built for professional cleaners who use their gear every day. We know poles get dragged through job sites, loaded into trucks, extended, collapsed, rinsed, bumped, and worked hard.

That is why Rhodi water fed poles are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the parts that matter most: the pole sections and clamp assemblies.

This warranty is our promise that your Rhodi pole is not disposable budget gear. It is a serious tool built for working cleaners.

What is covered

Rhodi’s Limited Lifetime Pole Warranty covers manufacturing defects and covered failures in the following parts:

Covered parts

Carbon fiber pole sections
Hybrid pole sections, when applicable
Clamp bodies
Clamp levers
Clamp locking mechanisms
Factory-installed clamp assemblies

If one of these covered parts fails under normal professional use because of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.

What “limited lifetime” means

“Limited lifetime” means the warranty applies for as long as the original purchaser owns the Rhodi water fed pole, subject to the terms and exclusions on this page.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable if the pole is sold, gifted, traded, or otherwise transferred to another person or business.

Proof of purchase may be required.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, improper handling, or normal wear from professional use.

Excluded items include, but are not limited to:

Brushes
Goosenecks
Pole hose
Jets
Fittings
Adapters
O-rings
Wear pads
Screws and small hardware
Cosmetic scratches or scuffs
Normal wear from daily use
Damage from drops
Damage from crushing
Damage from being run over
Damage from closing the pole in a door, truck bed, tailgate, or trailer
Damage from overextending sections past the stop point
Damage from forcing stuck sections open or closed
Damage from using the pole for anything other than water fed window cleaning
Damage from freezing
Damage from chemical exposure
Damage from electrical contact
Damage from modifications or unauthorized repairs
Damage caused by non-Rhodi accessories or incompatible parts
Shipping damage after delivery
Lost or stolen items

This warranty does not cover a full pole replacement when only one part is affected. If a clamp fails, we replace the clamp. If a section fails, we replace the affected section.

Normal wear is not a defect

Water fed poles are professional tools. Parts that move, tighten, loosen, rub, lock, slide, or get handled every day will naturally show wear over time.

Normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Examples of normal wear include clamp adjustment, surface scratches, fading, worn grip areas, minor cosmetic marks, stiffness changes from dirt or debris, and wear caused by repeated extension and collapse.

Misuse and abuse are not covered

This warranty is designed to protect customers from true product defects. It is not designed to replace gear that was damaged through abuse or careless handling.

Examples of misuse or abuse include dropping the pole from height, stepping on it, running it over, using it as a pry bar, using it around power lines, forcing frozen or jammed sections, overextending sections, or transporting it without reasonable protection.

If the damage clearly came from misuse, impact, crushing, improper use, or neglect, it will not be covered.

Accessories and wear items

Accessories and wear items are not covered under the Limited Lifetime Pole Warranty.

This includes brushes, goosenecks, hose, jets, fittings, adapters, O-rings, small hardware, and other removable accessories.

If an accessory is defective on arrival, contact us right away and we will help make it right.

How to file a warranty claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact Rhodi support with the following information:

Your order number or proof of purchase
Your name and contact information
The pole model
A clear description of the issue
Clear photos of the affected part
A short video showing the issue, if requested

We may request additional photos, videos, or information before approving a claim.

In some cases, we may require the affected part to be returned for inspection before a replacement is sent.

What Rhodi will do

After reviewing your claim, Rhodi may choose one of the following remedies:

Repair the affected part
Send a replacement part
Send a comparable replacement part if the original part is no longer available
Deny the claim if the issue is not covered under this warranty

Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement of the covered part.

Rhodi is not responsible for lost jobs, lost revenue, labor costs, installation time, downtime, travel costs, or any indirect or incidental damages related to pole failure or warranty service.

Shipping

For approved warranty claims within the United States, Rhodi may cover standard shipping for replacement parts at our discretion.

Expedited shipping, international shipping, duties, taxes, customs fees, and return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise approved by Rhodi.

Replacement parts do not restart the warranty

If Rhodi replaces a part under warranty, the replacement part remains covered under the original warranty. A replacement part does not restart or extend the warranty period.

Final warranty decisions

Rhodi reserves the right to determine whether a warranty claim is covered based on the information provided, inspection of the affected part, and the terms listed on this page.

We stand behind our poles, but we also have to be fair. Legitimate defects are covered. Abuse, accidents, normal wear, and careless handling are not.
