Shipping Policy for Rhodi
1. Shipping Processing Time
In stock items: Orders for in stock items typically ship within 3 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
2. Pre Orders and Out of Stock Items
If an item is marked pre order or out of stock, it will not follow the 3 business day shipping window.

These items ship according to the specific product page shipping terms and the timeline shown at checkout or in the product description.

If your order contains both in stock and pre order or out of stock items, we may:

Ship items separately as they become available, or

Hold and ship the order together once all items are available
Rhodi will choose the option that best fits operational efficiency unless the customer contacts us immediately after purchase with a request.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are carrier estimates and begin once the package is picked up by the carrier. Rhodi is not responsible for carrier delays once a shipment is in transit.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated on the product page. Any promotional shipping offers apply only to the products explicitly included in the promotion.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for:

Any additional fees charged by the carrier.
7. Shipping Damage and Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

Contact Rhodi support as soon as possible with your order number and photos if damaged.

Claims may require cooperation with the carrier and packaging photos.
Rhodi will work with you to resolve the situation, but replacements or refunds may depend on carrier claim outcomes and policy eligibility.
8. International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges. These are not included in shipping costs unless explicitly stated.
9. Policy Updates
Rhodi may update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that order unless required otherwise by law.
