Returns and Refunds Policy

At Rhodi, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review this Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Rhodi offers a 30 day money back guarantee on unused products only, starting from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in original condition

  • The product must be returned with all original components and packaging

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Products that show signs of use, installation, water exposure, modification, or damage are not eligible for return.

2. Preorders and Deposits

For preorder items:

  • The preorder deposit is fully refundable at any time before shipment

  • Once the order has shipped, the deposit becomes non refundable and standard return eligibility rules apply

  • If Rhodi is unable to ship your product within the stated preorder shipping window, you may request a full refund of your deposit

If a preorder includes a remaining balance due before shipment, the order must be paid in full before shipment is released.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact Rhodi support before sending any product back.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • reason for return

  • confirmation that the product is unused

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Return Shipping Costs and Return Transit

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by Rhodi in writing.

  • Original shipping charges are non refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service

  • Rhodi is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Return shipping costs and carrier services are the customer’s responsibility unless Rhodi provides a prepaid return label.

5. Inspection and Refund Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, Rhodi will notify you of the return status.

  • Returns that meet the eligibility requirements may be approved for refund

  • Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements may be rejected

Rhodi reserves the right to deny returns for products that show signs of use, installation, water exposure, missing components, damage, or non compliant return condition.

6. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated by Rhodi in writing.

7. Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • used products

  • filters and other consumable items

  • products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear

  • custom or modified orders

  • items that are missing original components or packaging

8. Final Sale Items

Any items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact support@rhodipro.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the packaging

  • photos of the item(s)

  • a short description of the issue

Rhodi may assist with documenting the issue and coordinating next steps, including carrier claim support when applicable.
